Use the "Buy Now" button below. This will take you to a PayPal page which gives you the option of paying by credit / debit card:

1. Click on "Buy Now"

2. Make sure that my name, "Nick J Gold" appears

3. Enter the amount to pay in the "Price per item field" and leave the quantity as 1

4. Click on "Continue"

5. Select your payment method

6. Complete the details as required

7. Click on "Pay Now" to complete your purchase
